The Teal Pumpkin Project is a nationwide movement to create a safer and happier Halloween for all people. If a house has a teal pumpkin on its doorstep, it means that they will have non-food treats available. This creates a more inclusive Halloween for individuals that may have food allergies, restricted diets, or other conditions.
